These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of This site (florez.xyz) and the personal applications operated under the florezxyz brand (collectively, the "Services"), operated by [Your Full Name], an individual based in the Netherlands, operating personal hobby projects, under the florezxyz brand, including the website at https://florez.xyz and connected personal applications.

By using any Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are personal hobby projects offered by me as an individual, not by a company or registered business. They are free of charge unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific app. They are not commercial products, financial platforms, or professional services. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Current applications covered by these Terms include those listed in Section 14. Future personal OAuth projects that reference these legal pages are also covered.

Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Applications such as Personal Budget Tracker are tools for personal record-keeping only. Calculations, summaries, and displays may be inaccurate or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws. Do not rely on the Services for budgeting decisions that require professional judgment.

Some Services, including Personal Budget Tracker, may offer sign-in through Google or other OAuth providers. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for Google's or any third party's services, availability, or actions.

Where Google user data is accessed, our use is limited as described in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, DATA INTEGRITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the above, we specifically do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Budget, spending, or financial figures will be accurate or complete;
• Data you store will never be lost, corrupted, or deleted;
• OAuth sessions or third-party integrations will always remain available;
• Defects will be corrected.

You acknowledge that you use the Services entirely at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL [Your Full Name] BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA (INCLUDING BUDGET OR FINANCIAL RECORDS), GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY EUROS (EUR €50).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law (including certain consumer rights in the EU). Where limitation is not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining your own backups of important financial records. We may delete inactive accounts or data as part of maintenance. We are not liable for any loss of data, including budget or spending information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Services except as permitted by law;
• Use the Services to process third parties' data without authorization;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The Site at https://florez.xyz itself is also covered. Additional personal projects may be added and will fall under these Terms when they reference this page.

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
